* All non-HVAC-related modifications (such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting work) are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically requested to be included in our quote. This allows us to maintain competitive and affordable pricing. 

*New units do have a full 1 year warranty on drain lines, unless the drain lines are tied together with another HVAC unit. Then we request the drain lines be separated to prevent any issues. If drains are tied together we can not warranty the drain lines but we still honor labor warranty if a system failure occurs (unrelated to drain line).
